Hello! I’m Amanda a dedicated certified resilience life coach and practitioner of the transformative 6 phase meditation. My coaching journey has been shaped by a tapestry of experiences—each thread woven with courage, vulnerability, and transformation.

Orphanhood

Finding Strength in Solitude

As an orphan, I navigated a world where isolation felt all too familiar. Yet, that very solitude became my refuge, saving me from the depths of emotional chaos in the years to come. It was during these moments of quiet introspection that I re-discovered my inner strength—an unyielding flame that fueled my determination. Resilience, I learned isn’t about invulnerability or avoiding difficulties; it’s about reclaiming Your Inner Strength and Amplifying Your Self-Trust

Surviving Domestic Abuse

From Darkness to Light

Domestic abuse tested my spirit, but it didn’t break me. Fear and pain threatened to extinguish that inner flame, yet I emerged with fierce determination. I vowed not to live in someone else’s shadows or under their iron fist. Now, I guide others to break free from their own chains, empowering them to reclaim their autonomy and rewrite their narratives.

The Cancer Battle

Loneliness and Self-Doubt

In 2006 cancer knocked on my door for the first time. Loneliness settled in once more, casting shadows across my days. Self-doubt whispered, questioning my worthiness. It was during these vulnerable moments that coaching found me – a lifeline extended. I explored relaxation techniques, learning to calm the storm within. Cancer taught me about vulnerability and the preciousness of my life. It’s where I found my purpose—to guide others toward healing and hope.
